No Images
Question: My daughter has lost her ability to see images on the web. She claims something is turned off. How do I turn "it" back on. Also she lost her address bar, so she can't type in an address.

Answer: This sounds like the address bar and image display have been turned off in the browser settings. To fix these you need to go into the browser settings and turn them back on. How you access the browser settings depends on which web browser you are using. Most browsers have an option called "Preferences" or "Internet Options" usually in the "Tools" menu but sometimes in the "File" or "Edit" menu.
