Install on a Separate Computer
Question: I wanted to know if you purchase software by download can you put it on a cd because I need it for another computer not this one but cannot download it on that computer

Answer: It depends on how the download is set up. Most downloads provide everything in a zip file or self extracting exe. In that case you can easily copy the file to a CD to transfer to the other computer before installing.
A very few programs (eg. browsers) just download an installer program initially and when you run that it then goes back to the internet to download and install the real files. Ones that work this way must be downloaded directly to the computer where they are to be installed.
