Wordperfect Keyboard Shortcuts
The following is a list of some of the actions that can be performed in Wordperfect by pressing the appropriate combination of keys on your keyboard. When you are busy typing your document you can achieve the same result a lot quicker using these keyboard shortcuts than you can using the mouse.
| Alt + Page Down | moves the insertion point to the next page |
| Alt + Page Up | moves the insertion point to the previous page |
| Backspace | deletes the character to the left |
| Ctrl + - | inserts a hard hyphen |
| Ctrl + Backspace | deletes the current word |
| Ctrl + C | copy text to the clipboard |
| Ctrl + Delete | deletes to the end of the line |
| Ctrl + End | moves the insertion point to the end of the document |
| Ctrl + Enter | inserts a hard page break |
| Ctrl + F6 | moves the insertion point to the next document |
| Ctrl + F6 | moves the insertion point to the next window |
| Ctrl + G | moves the insertion point to the specified page |
| Ctrl + Home | moves the insertion point to the start of the document |
| Ctrl + K | convert case of selected text |
| Ctrl + Left Arrow | moves the insertion point to the previous word |
| Ctrl + Right Arrow | moves the insertion point to the next word |
| Ctrl + Shift + - | inserts a soft hyphen |
| Ctrl + Shift + Delete | deletes to the bottom of the page |
| Ctrl + Shift + F6 | moves the insertion point to the previous document |
| Ctrl + Shift + F6 | moves the insertion point to the previous window |
| Ctrl + Space | inserts a hard Space |
| Ctrl + V | paste text from the clipboard |
| Ctrl + X | cut text to the clipboard |
| Delete | deletes the current character |
| Down Arrow | moves the insertion point to the next line |
| Enter | inserts a hard return (paragraph) |
| Esc | cancel |
| F6 | moves the insertion point to the next pane |
| Home | moves the insertion point to the beginning of a line |
| Insert | swap between insert and typeover mode |
| Left Arrow | moves the insertion point to the previous character |
| Page Down | moves the insertion point to the bottom of the screen |
| Right Arrow | moves the insertion point to the next character |
| Shift + F6 | moves the insertion point to the previous pane |
| Shift + Tab | inserts a back tab |
| Up Arrow | moves the insertion point to the previous line |
