JavaScript Quiz Makers
The following are some of the custom quiz script generators that I have on javascript.about.com. The advertising scripts there have been known on occasion to cause JavaScript errors which stop the other scripts on the web page from running. That gives me an excuse to put a copy of the forms that are used to create the quizes here. Each of the following pages contains a link to complete instructions on how to create and install your quiz.
