Netspace
A reasonable service but you will end up paying a lot more for it than their pricing suggests.

Pros
Cons
- Poor download limits for the price.
- Insist on forcing an email account on you even if you don't want it.
- Only monthly stats updated on an irregular basis (sometimes less than once a week) so you can't always tell how much you have used.
- Invoices only available via the email address they force you to have.
- Confusing support system can mislead you into assuming you have lodged a request for support when you haven't.
- Don't refund rest of month if they change your month end date when you upgrade your plan. Also may charge you twice for the same month. Huge fees charged when you leave
Review
This ISP is well worth avoiding if you can. While some of the issues with their service are fixable you will likely have other problems arise later.
The unwanted emaiil account problem was solvable by setting it up to redirect to my main email account and then setting filters on my main account to automatically treat anything being delivered to the unwanted address that wasn't from the address that sends the invoices as spam and to automatically delete it. This means that only the email advising you that the invoice is available and the email sent when you request the invoice can get through. Why they can't just email the invoice to you in the first place or simply makke it available online I don't know.
The other issue I have noticed so far is that they only display monthly stats showing you how much of your allowed bandwidth you have used and how much remains. Since there is no indication of when this information was last updated and it sometimes stays the same for several days there is no effective way of tracking your usage.
While their monthly bandwidths looked reasonable initiially, they are slow to update them and so most other ISPs soon have better deals. Also, every time you change your plan it may cost you because they do not always refund the amount outstanding on your prior plan. Leaving them will cost you a departure fee plus the rest of the period you have already paid with the only way to avoid paying it to be to not sign up in the first place.
