Windows Updates
If you have just spent forever downloading and installing your Windows XP updates over your dialup connection then the last thing you want to have to do is to download them again. Before you do anything else with your computer you should make a backup copy of the updates that you downloaded.
Windows XP saves the updates in c:\windows\Software Distribution\Download\ in separate folders there for each update.
