Windows XP Administrator Account
Question: When we start up the computer the administrator account does not show up and we cannot access it at all. We were trying to set up a password for the administrator account and somehow things got messed up. Now all we have is a limited user account and cannot make any changes because we cannot acces the administrator account. What do we do from here?

Answer: The easiest way to access the Administrator account when it is not beig displayed in the list of logon ids is to press CTRL-ALT-DEL twice at the Welcome screen. This will bring up the Windows NT/2000 style logon screen where you can enter any logon that is defined on the computer including any that are not listed on the welcome screen.
