GDGs and ISPF
Question: When we put 'S' before a dataset we can see when it is created and other info. In the same way, how can we find the properties of a gdg version like when it is created ,just like as a normal dataset?

Answer: Individual generations of a GDG are ordinary datasets and can be treated as such. To access the information for the GDG as a whole you would need to run an IDCAMS job or use a third party facility such as FILEAID.
